Terms of Service
Effective date: June 8, 2026
1. Overview
Doodelybeep provides parent-managed educational activities and AI-assisted learning experiences for children. These Terms govern parent accounts, child profiles, subscriptions, activity access, and use of Doodelybeep services.
2. Parent accounts and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create or manage. By creating a parent account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to consent to the child's use of Doodelybeep.
3. Child profiles and consent
Child profiles may not be created until a child seat is available and parent consent is recorded. You are responsible for choosing age settings, topic permissions, time limits, learning history settings, and child login credentials.
4. Educational AI limitations
Doodelybeep is an educational support tool. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Parents should review important learning, health, safety, legal, or financial questions with qualified adults or professionals. Doodelybeep does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Doodelybeep to request or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, sexual, violent, hateful, privacy-invasive, or age-inappropriate content. You may not attempt to bypass safety controls, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Parent accounts are free. Paid access is billed per active child profile at the price shown during checkout. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.
7. Privacy and child data
Use of Doodelybeep is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Parents may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for child data as described there. Doodelybeep may retain limited consent, billing, security, and compliance evidence after account deletion when needed to document authorization or satisfy legal obligations.
8. Account security
You are responsible for protecting parent login credentials and child login credentials. Notify Doodelybeep promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
9. Changes to the service
Doodelybeep may add, remove, or change features, activities, model providers, limits, pricing, or safety controls. Material changes to child data practices will be handled through updated notices and consent where required.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Doodelybeep at any time and may request deletion of account or child profile data.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available and without guarantees that every AI response, activity, or feature will be error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Doodelybeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Contact
For legal, billing, privacy, or child safety requests, contact Doodelybeep support using the contact method published on the website or parent dashboard.
